DelNorte is designing and developing a robust application platform that will function as an app store for leveraging government data.

Open Innovation Platform

Similar to Apple’s App Store or Google Play, the DelNorte dApp Store will provide an open-source development kit, enabling anyone to create and deploy applications using government databases and the DelNorte legal framework. This democratized approach fosters innovation and allows developers to build solutions that align with government compliance and operational standards.

By leveraging DelNorte’s established regional authority and internal Quality Integration (QI) framework, the platform will ensure that applications are compliant with and seamlessly connected to relevant government systems. Based on preliminary surveys, over 90% of submitted applications are expected to gain approval, creating a diverse ecosystem of government-endorsed apps.
