# Solution Overview

DelNorte harnesses patented blockchain and NFT technologies to deliver digitized and tokenized data solutions that are accessible, transparent, and immutable. Our primary focus is on providing cutting-edge blockchain-based data and transaction management systems for both public and private sector clients.

**Phase 1: Government Management Platform**

In the first phase, we have developed a government management platform that allows real-time interaction and transactions between citizens and government entities. This platform empowers governments to digitize and tokenize all their documents, ensuring enhanced security, authenticity, and accessibility.

**Phase 2: AI-Driven dApp Store**

In the second phase, we are building an app store that integrates AI agents to leverage government data for developing innovative applications. These AI-driven applications will:

* Be fully compliant with government regulations.
* Deliver accurate, government-endorsed solutions.
* Enable instant transactions, payments, and interactions.

This app store will foster seamless collaboration between government entities and the private sector while enhancing citizen engagement by streamlining processes, reducing bureaucracy, and creating a more user-friendly experience.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://delnorte-terra-vision.gitbook.io/delnorte-docs/table-of-contents/introduction/solution-overview.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
