Preview of DelNorte Blockchain Explorer

Key Features: DAO Asset Values, Viewing, and Adding

The Delnorte Blockchain Explorer provides transparency and a comprehensive view of DAO activities, asset values, and market performance, accessible via any website hosting the explorer.

Asset Valuation and Management

  1. Property Valuation Updates:

    • DAO creators can update or add property valuations through signed message transactions broadcasted via the DAO's smart contract.

    • The addProp(propKey, propAddress, propValue…) method handles valuation changes, ensuring updates are securely logged on the blockchain.

  2. Authorized Access:

    • Only the DAO creator or wallet controller can initiate property valuation changes.

    • Independent auditors may asynchronously contribute their own valuations for verification.

  3. Safety Mechanisms:

    • Token minting requires an STO Issue, which is voted on by token holders over a minimum three-day period.

    • Parameters like the number of tokens and ETH/BTC to be raised are set during the voting process, safeguarding against unauthorized token inflation.

Market Cap Calculation

  • Estimated Market Cap: The DAO’s market cap is dynamically calculable and viewable through the blockchain explorer by analyzing:

    • The DAO-stated property values.

    • The actual token-based market cap, as recorded on the blockchain.

  • Phase 2 Auditor Integration:

    • Auditors (with proof-of-reputation staking) can submit independent asset valuations.

    • Two values are displayed for each asset:

      • DAO-stated value.

      • Audited value, an average of high-reputation auditor assessments.

Auditor Incentives and Fees

  1. Valuation Responses:

    • Auditor responses include the audited value and the number of nodes contributing to the assessment.

    • Audited values add credibility to the DAO, enhancing its market cap and investor confidence.

  2. Listing Fee:

    • Adding a new asset incurs a $1,000 fee, payable in DST (Delnorte Token).

Phase 1 vs. Phase 2

  • Phase 1:

    • DAO asset values rely solely on creator-provided estimates.

    • Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

  • Phase 2:

    • Integration of independent auditors improves valuation reliability.

    • Enhanced transparency is expected to attract more investors, boosting DAO token market value.

User-Friendly Data Presentation

The blockchain explorer displays:

  • Lot numbers, addresses, and asset details for each DAO.

  • Clear distinctions between DAO-stated and audited values.

  • The number of auditor nodes responding to asset valuations.
