# Investment Framework

An interesting aspect of highly tradable and fractionated assets is the substantial increase in valuation tied to broader distribution. This aligns with **Metcalfe's Law**, which suggests that the value of a network grows exponentially as the number of its users increases. For each DAO, the wider the distribution of token holders, the higher its potential valuation, driven by the network’s expanding participation.
